My wife and I first became hooked on alpacas at the TxOLAN Spectacular
alpaca show in Ft. Worth. We had seen alpacas on the television commercial
but after seeing them up close and personal in Ft. Worth,
we knew we had to have some of our own.
We only have about ten acres but we find this is plenty for alpacas.
We put up a small barn and have our fencing in place (finally) and now we are enjoying our animals.

Like a lot of folks, we raise alpacas for their fiber.
We shear our animals in April, sell some of the fleece and keep
some for spinning at home. My wife enjoys knitting and crocheting.

My wife Lana and I opened our farm store in 2005.
Since we both have day jobs, we're open "by chance or by appointment".
We try to carry a good selection of alpaca products including
gloves, scarves, toboggans, shawls and sofa throws to name a few.
We also carry some toys and Christmas ornaments.
You're welcome to browse through our supply catalog.
We usually have about one week turnaround on catalog orders.
